Account and event information
LaneResults stores account email, authentication details, bowler names and optional USBC numbers, profile settings, registrations, scores and results needed to operate the service. Hosts control their rosters and public results. Public event pages may display names, lanes, scores, standings and winnings.
Device tools and recordings
Arsenal, games, sensor imports and patterns can be stored on your device and synced when signed in. Lane Vision uses the camera when you choose recording. Videos remain on your device unless you upload or share them. Account recordings use private account-scoped storage. Lane Vision is experimental.
Payments and providers
Stripe processes website payments. LaneResults stores subscription identifiers and access status; payment card details are handled by the processor. Hosting, authentication and storage providers process information needed to operate the service. Contact submissions are stored for support; email may be used for account and support messages.
Notifications and logs
Enabling notifications stores a subscription endpoint and event or league follow information for updates. Revoke permission in device or browser settings. Technical error and request logs support reliability and security.
Your choices and deletion
Edit your profile or remove recordings through the service. Request account deletion below or contact support@laneresults.com. Identity verification and subscription/hosted-event review are required; requests are not instant deletion. Other hosts' event records and legally required records may remain. Remove device-only files on other devices there. Data is retained as needed for your account, event-retention rules and legal obligations.
